If I place an order today, How long will it take to arrive?

KR Style Boutique offers standard shipping and expedited shipping. For standard shipping, please allow 2-4 business days. For expedited shipping, please allow 1-2 business days.

How often do items restock?

Most items will not restock, however, if an item restocks, we will notify customers via social media platforms and email/text subscriptions.

What happens if I don’t receive my package?

If your order is lost in transit or stolen, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed. Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit ONLY, we will replace your items if they are still available. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.

Do we accept returns?

You have 5 days to decide if you love it. If not, you may exchange your order ONLY. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition, with tags attached. You're responsible for all additional shipping fees. Purchase verification is required on all exchanges. No exchanges on clearance/ final sale items.
